Volunteer with us.

Thank you for considering volunteering or partnering with Pro Bono HK. Before providing your details below, please check out our "News and Media" page to learn more about our current initiatives.

Students & Professionals

We welcome volunteers from all professions, you can get involved in our legal literacy research projects, assisting with our legal clinic, helping with administrative tasks and producing content for our social media platforms. We are always looking for new members to assist with projects and fundraising activities.

Every month, we mobilize our teams of volunteer lawyers (Hong Kong solicitors and barristers) to make a real difference through our Community Legal Clinic hosted in partnership with SoCO in Sham Shui Po and ImpactHK. We need lawyers every month to assist with these cases.

Corporate Partnerships

We need partnerships with law firms, family office foundations and other corporates to kickstart new initiatives and expand our resources. Please contact us to get involved.

Volunteer Sign-Up

Pro Bono HK hosts introductory volunteer briefings on a quarterly or half-year basis where you can learn more about our current projects and how you can get involved. Please sign up to learn more about our upcoming sessions.

As a volunteer organisation, we have limited resources and cannot always respond to all volunteer inquiries and questions on an individual basis. Please sign up for our newsletters, follow our social media to stay up to date, and try to attend a volunteer briefing to get involved!

(2) About What You Want To Do

Please tell us about what interests you, and please confirm that you can actively volunteer on a regular basis. We ask that potential volunteers agree to commit at least approximately 8 hours per month (on average).

Our projects require regular engagement, and while we will always understand that some weeks or months are busier for you then others, please understand that on-boarding and co-ordinating volunteers is a very resource intensive activity. So if you don't think you can dedicate the hours, please support PBHK in other ways such as by attending our events, or making a donation

If you are a qualified solicitor, do you want to participate at our Legal Clinic as a volunteer solicitor (ie give direct advice or assistance to lay clients)?
